Today we met with our consultant out at Henley Mernda again. We sat down for almost 2 hours to go over all the costs in fine detail.
Because of the strict building guildelines at Mitchell's Run we've had to add the following:
Rain water tank, 450mm eaves to the entire house, timber framed windows to the facade. (all of which we were planning to have anyway).
We picked a lighting plan, added extra power points and light fittings throughout.
We booked two colour appointments with Cosham Interiors, the first appointment is to get a feel of what they have to offer and to make some initial picks, the second appiontment will be to finalise the cololur scheme to move onto to the tender and building contract stages.
